- What is PokerQGo?
- PokerQGo is management software for poker room operators — real-time waiting lists, table seating, tournament clocks, and operational analytics. It is a business tool for rooms and their staff, not a real-money gambling app. Players do not wager or pay through the app.
- How do I get an account?
- Poker room operators sign up directly. Staff and managers are invited by their room's admin from within the app. Players are added by the room they visit.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open your profile, scroll to Account Actions (or the bottom of the player profile), and tap “Delete account”. You'll confirm your password (and a two-factor code if you use one). Your personal details are permanently removed. Rooms you played in keep anonymized records of past sessions for their own accounting.
- How do I reset my password?
- Use the Forgot password link on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a secure reset link.
- Who handles billing?
- Only poker room operators are billed, via Stripe, for their software subscription. There are no in-app purchases for players.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. We use encrypted connections, optional two-factor authentication, and strict per-room data isolation. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and how it's protected.
