By accessing or using the Poker Room Management application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Poker Room Management is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides poker room operators with tools for:

• Managing game tables and waiting lists
• Player check-in and seat assignments
• Food and beverage ordering
• Loyalty and rewards programs
• Player messaging and notifications
• Analytics and reporting

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy or as required by applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, notification services, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poker Room Management and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Poker Room Management is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
